Ascend Method Studio Cancellation Policy A 48-hour notice is requested for any cancellation or appointment changes. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to respect the next guest's reserved time. Full service fees may still apply. New clients and appointments over $200 may require a credit card to reserve an appointment. Membership appointments that are canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be considered redeemed or subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Emergencies and unexpected illnesses are always handled with compassion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
